Cancer is the leading cause of death in world, accounting for nearly 10 million deaths 2020 alone and surpassing all other categories by a large margin. Several different strategies have been are still being deployed to combat types cancers among common clinical approaches use synthetic natural compounds as anticancer agents within chemotherapy regimens. Thymus cilicicus Boiss. & Bal spice endemic Turkey, Northern Aegean Islands, Lebanon, Syria, while several species genus known exhibit clinically valuable properties, research on T. rather scarce, therefore, this study, wound healing properties vitro propagated ethanolic extracts were investigated murine fibroblast (NIH-3T3), its potency was human alveolar basal epithelial adenocarcinoma (A549), breast (MDA-MB-213), prostate cancer (DU-145) cell lines via colorimetric 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assays.
